Fill in the return form we have enclosed with your parcel. If you cannot find the form, you can download it here.<br\/>  2. Pack the return products securely in a cardboard box and enclose the completed return form. Remember that returned products must be in their original packaging and with their tags and accessories attached. They must not be used or have a commercially defective appearance.<br\/>  3. If you are returning multiple products from one order, you can send them in a common shipment. However, if the products are from different orders, send each of them as a separate shipment, with its corresponding return receipt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What happens after you send the parcel?<br\/>You receive a bill of lading, which you can use on the courier company&#8217;s website to see when the items were delivered to our employee in Ruse.<br\/>Products are checked in our returns department. Once the process is complete, you will receive a message at the email address provided in the order, as well as an invoice correction.<br\/>Refund &#8211; you will receive the amount you paid for the items (excluding shipping costs, if any) within 15 days of the date of shipment of the returned item. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended if there is a problem with your bank details.Refunds are available in the following ways:<br\/>  &#8211; For orders paid online &#8211; automatically by the card from which the payment was made;<br\/>For orders paid by cash on delivery &#8211; to the bank account indicated on the return form.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
